[Bug]: Enter missing credentials for external storage

Bug description

Clicking "Enter missing credentials", under Files, External Storage, results in a 401 Unauthorized error. Screenshot from 2024-03-26 13-51-08

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click Files
  2. Click External Storage
  3. Click Enter Missing Credentials

Expected behavior

I expect a dialog box to authenticate.

Additional info

The work around is for the user to go to Settings, under their profile icon, and then External Storage, after which they may enter and save credentials.

Hi. Thanks for investigating. I use Firefox. If I used Chrome it was likely to test with another browser.
