[Bug]: Cannot rename files from Recent list

Bug description

Clicking on the Recent sidebar button displays a list of recently added files. When attempting to use the ... pulldown to rename a file on this list, an error is displayed ("Could not rename [filename])".

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click the Recent sidebar button to display the list of recently added files
  2. Click the ... pulldown menu for one of the items on the list
  3. Select Rename
  4. Type a new name and press enter

Expected behavior

The file is renamed without an error

Same issue, when copying/moving the files to a recent or "favorite" marked folder - maybe related

No longer seeing this issue after upgrade to 28.0.2.
