[Bug]: Not able to download *.bak files

Bug description

It is not possible to upload *.bak files

Steps to reproduce

  1. Upload *.bak File
  2. Try to Download it

Expected behavior

Bein able to download bak file again

Debian/Ubuntu

PHP 8.0

Web server

Apache (supported)

Database engine version

MySQL

Updated from a minor version (ex. 22.2.3 to 22.2.4)

Encryption is Enabled

some but that does not matter due this also happend without any plugins installed - since bak files could never been uploaded
