feat: Implement AI Watermarking

Summary

Files generated by AI must be visibly and/or invisibly marked to convey the information that they were generated by AI. This PR implements the necessary changes for this in the richdocuments document generation providers. I have left alone the content of csv files so far, because it could be problematic.

We're aiming for Nextcloud 33 with this feature, so no backports needed, IMO
