[Bug]: unable to create document from template when secure view is enabled

Bug description

unable to create document from template when secure view is enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. enable secure view for current user
2. have document templates in a template folder, have this templates folder set in personal settings > office
3. create new document
4. chose template
5. error "Unable to create new file from template"

Expected behavior

document is created from template

Nextcloud Server version

31.0.8
