Save as in ... Menu not working

Describe the bug Any of the "Save as..." in the files app are not working

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to your files section in NC
  2. Click on the ... behind a .docx or .odt file
  3. Click on "Save as..." and on the submenu "Save as PDF (.pdf)
  4. See error "Failed to convert file"

Expected behavior To convert the file and save it with the same name and ending in.pdf in the directory that is open

Client details:

  • OS: Linux Mate & Windows 11
  • Browser: Chrome
  • Device: desktop

Server details

Operating system: Debian

Web server: Apache

Database: Maria

Nextcloud version: 31.0.7

Version of the richdocuments app 8.7.5

Version of Collabora Online 25.04.4.2

See error "Failed to convert file"

Can you please check the logs of your Nextcloud and Collabora server to see if there is any error reported?

Hi Julius, there is no error that helps in the logfile, this one is coming about the same time but I think it has nothing to do with this issue: Call to undefined method GuzzleHttp\Psr7\Utils::redactUserInfo() in file '/var/www/nextcloud/3rdparty/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Exception/RequestException.php' line 92 Now I got one that may be related... TimedOutException /Error while getting file info

Can you reproduce the error on your NC system?

Actually the function "Save as..." is not working at all, for all formats, same error for Save as PDF, ODT,TXT,RTF
