Make guest name optional for link sharing

It is not a technical problem, but a problem that occurs with occasional users.
I've recently started using NextCloud to process funding applications for sports clubs online in our city. When the document with the sent link is opened, the guest name is asked. This leads to questions and confusion for some users who only use this process once a year.
Describe the solution you'd like
My suggestion would be to make the request for a guest name available as an option when creating the link. Similar to the "Hide download" option.

Talk requires a guest name to be inserted:
With documents we currently only ask for a guest name if the link has edit permissions.
For a custom setting per share we sould need https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/22220 first
@juliusknorr what is the benefit of requiring the guest name here? I see a strong case for talk given that users will interact with each other in a chat or call. But for a document I'm not sure it's something we should enforce. Maybe we could not block the document with this screen, but still offer possibility to login or set guest name once the document is opened

I agree with the proposal.
I was really puzzled today when I couldn't proceed to the document with empty name. Clicking the same button I was used to lead to a jam that I couldn't go around on my own.
