Collabora: Enable autotext for inserting list more easily

  • Shortcut: https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/pull/7122 (Darshan)
    • Let’s have CTRL + SHIFT + L to toggle the unordered list
    • AI Julius: Check if we also adapt this in Nextcloud Text

@juliushaertl i want to add here that in LibreOffice this Unordered List were added using shortcut: Shift + F12. So i think we need to be consistent with it in collabora online as well. ( insted of using Ctrl + Shift + L )

Any thoughts ?
