Every comment gets the same display color

Commenting on a document with collabora results in the same color for every comment. Making it hard to distinguish between comments made by different persons.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open document with at least two user accounts.
2. Paste a comment with each account.
3. Observe color of comments

Expected behaviour

Comment should have the same color as the user has.

Actual behaviour

Every comment gets the same blue color.

It's a good enhancement idea, with a few considerations:

• for this, different instances of the same user need to have the same color, currently this is not so in Calc and Impress: the same user has different colors if they have the file open in multiple windows (it'll make those same-user views a bit harder to tell apart),
• users joining in later need to get the color assigned corresponding to the comments they might've had,
• a user always sees themselves as black.
