Feature Request - Popup with Info

Curious if a setting can be implemented to allow the first thing to appear is a popup banner for information? Similar to how the web form flow is explained on the app site.

My idea is to edit the popup to have information on who to contact and/or information on size limits and other features i have enabled on my nextcloud instance.

...There's an information field now where custom text is shown - but it does not render html, e.g. no Hyperlinks are possible?

This app integrates with https://github.com/nextcloud/terms_of_service Maybe you could abuse that, if the existing fields are not enough?
