Newly registered disabled users don't show up in the "Disabled users" page, unless you search for their email.
Steps to reproduce
- Turn on "Require admin approval"
- Register a new user
- Go to the "Disabled users" page
Expected behaviour
User is listed on the page.
Actual behaviour
No user is listed, but when you search for their email address on that page, the listing shows up.
Server configuration
Operating system: Linux 4.15.0-135-generic x86_64
Web server: Apache
Database: mysql 5.7.33
PHP version: 7.4.14
Nextcloud version: 20.0.7
Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: Updated from previous Nextcloud version
Where did you install Nextcloud from: Snap package
Are you using external storage, if yes which one: No
Are you using an external user-backend, if yes which one: LDAP, but not for users that register through the Registration app.

I had the same issue which is gone now after upgrading everything including nextcloud 21, php8 and the registration app. But still seems a bit buggy when deleting a user
