Don't show favorites / starred files/folders

Would be helpful to filter Favorites, or starred files and folders, out of displayed Recommendations since they are already automatically synced to all user client devices.

This is contrary to https://github.com/nextcloud/recommendations/issues/171#issuecomment-571907757 and I think it actually makes more sense to given favorites more visibility instead of none, as you favorited them for a reason.
