Show *when* edited/commented/shared a file

Would be useful to know when a specific user edited/commented/shared the file.

Example: Edited yesterday by JohnDoe or Edited 10/26/2019 by JohnDoe

The timestamp is available on the client-side already. This should be relatively simple to implement.
