Suggest Options shouldnt show User when Results are omitted

Describe the goal you'd like to achieve

When allowing participates to suggest options all users can see who suggested what.

At least in polls where the results arent visible at all or until the end of the poll, this information should also be omitted.

Additionally as this information is visible in public polls this could be a privacy concern.

Describe possible solutions

Dont show the Information to participants during and/or after the poll depending on the "Show Results" option.

Dont show the Information when shared via public link/ or at least for participants who dont have an account.
