Allow users to upload media from Photos app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users are required to use Files to upload media to Photos. This is inconvenient and worsens the perception of Photos.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be an upload button, similar to Google Photos or Synology Photos. Drag and drop support is also welcomed.

Additional context I hope there are no hidden roadblocks that might make this feature temporarily impossible to implement, similar to sorting photos by EXIF.

I would like this feature. Where should the images be stored? I would prefer to follow iOS sync decision, they automatically put the pics in "Photos/Year/Month/YYMMDD HHMMSS XXXX.jpg" but we should have an option to configure it as some users might prefer their pictures to be just dropped in their Photos folder without renaming.
