Images not showing up in Photos App from "Photos" folder. Just the original default images are shown.

Describe the bug Photos in FIles/photos not showing up in photos app. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Upload image files to photos folder. Then go to the Photos app and they are not there. You can only find them by navigating to Files>Photos>

Expected behavior Photos in the photos folder should show up in the Photos app. Screenshots from_file_photos_folder from_photos_app
