Default folder is only "Photos", not "Pictures" which is default on many systems

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Photos app defaults to showing images from a "Photos" folder for display and creation. But the standard folder name on lots of systems is "Pictures".

Describe the solution you'd like Best would be to include both "Photos" and "Pictures" as subfolder media is taken from.

Additional context MacOS calls it "Pictures": Image

Windows calls it "Pictures": Image

GNOME/Fedora calls it "Pictures": Image

Maybe just don't create it by default is an option as well https://github.com/nextcloud/photos/issues/3152

@trajano if a "Pictures" folder is detected, it should indeed use that and not create a "Photos" folder.
