[Bug]: After creating new album , adding new photos to album doesn't work

Bug description

Hello ,

I was in the process of manual installation of Nextcloud 29.0.0 on Centos 7 with Apache 2.4, PHP 8.0/8.1/8.2/8.3, MYSQL 8.0.

However, after a successful install I observed that on creating albums. And trying to add new image to the album via 'New' button. After selecting the image, I don't see the image getting added to the album .

Also there are errors in the browser console output.

For example if i try to add image i.e {{IMAGE-NAME}}.jpg following is the browser console output i.e :

TypeError: URL constructor: undefined/{{IMAGE-NAME}}.jpg is not a valid URL.

What could be the issue?. Could you please replicate.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Nextcloud
2. Go to Photos -> Albums -> New Album 3.Go to the new album . Click Add and then click New
3. Select the image 5.Image is not added to the album.

Expected behavior

Selected image must have been added to the new album.
