Add Support for Samsung Motion Photos

Please add support for display Samsung Motion Photos.

A technical description of the principle of photo format is in a similar request in another repository: https://github.com/photoprism/photoprism/issues/439

Also on the github there is software for viewing photos of this format on a PC - I will leave the link here, maybe it can help you figure it out: https://github.com/joemck/ExtractMotionPhotos

This would be great!

It seems like when saving as HEIC, the motion pictures work well on Memories. But when disabling that option, the motion pictures stop working ( The video part ). Although still being detected as a motion picture
