Add icons

User needs to have an option to pick an icon for the credential. By default, the favicon will be used.

For this we need a good icon / font set.

Is this still a WIP, since it's open? I noticed the icons with three styles in v2.2.1 (Numix, essential-collection and font-awesome), tried setting some for passwords without icons, and none of them seemed to apply.

[Edit] Unless it's caused by CSP headers? I just noticed a lot of warnings in the console while trying to debug something.
