Custom fields missing in Extension

Steps to reproduce

1. Add custom fields to an Accounts
2. Refresh browser extension

Expected behaviour

All custom fields should appear when viewing either the 'General' or the 'Custom Fields tab of the account.

Actual behaviour

They are not to be found

Configuration

Windows 7 / Ubuntu

Browser: Firefox

Extensions that might cause interference:

Not sure if invalid or fixed but I can see all my custom fields under Custom fields tab in extension version 2.1.1 (Firefox 61).
