Fails when umlaut is unsed in nextcloud password

Steps to reproduce

1. Fresh install of both nextcloud, passman and passman-webextension
2. choose password with german umlaut (occurred with ö) for the nextcloud user
3. trying to log in via passman-webextension

Expected behaviour

Other passwords without umlauts work

Actual behaviour

Login attempts result in error 401 unauthorized

Configuration

Operating system: OSX 10.11

Browser: Chromium 60.0 (also failed in Firefox)

Extensions that might cause interference: /

Passman version: 2.1.4

Extension version: 2.0.3

Nextcloud version: 11.0.4
