No contacts sorted by last message

Steps to reproduce

1. Send an SMS.
2. Sync with Phone Sync.
3. Enter Phone Sync settings.
4. Set "Contact ordering" to "Last message".

Expected behaviour

The contact list should be sorted by date of message along with the last new message sent on the current day.

Actual behaviour

The contact list sorted by date does not include the new message sent the current day.
