Import SMS Backup xml files

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

Backup SMS with SMS Backup & Restore, creates an XML files. WOuld it be possible to upload the back file into the web app?

This would allow for uploading files into this app in additiono to the app (which is not working, https://github.com/nerzhul/ncsms-android/issues/217 [ i think it is a TLS 1.3 issue, but could be wrong])
