Add notification

I have a phone running Android 8.1.0 and I just installed Nextcloud SMS on the phone and on the server. The issue is that I have no idea if there is synchronization or what is happening when I press "reinitialize synchronization". I would like to suggest adding a notification using the Android notification block to show what is happening. I would recommend doing it similarly as SMS Backup + does it:
