Remove phone number from web address

When I open any conversation, phone number is visible in web address. It's not good idea when user want to use it on public computers. Phone number is saved in web browser history.

Effectively it's not good for privacy, but there is no better choice to define which user you want to read, this is also used in refresh mode. Please also note anybody can know which file you are reading/syncing from owncloud/nextcloud too, reading apache logs

I think i will try to work on this issue by adding a specific key field with a uuid to manage this issue

i started a branch about this concept adding unique conversation IDs for end users permitting to hide that, but it's not complete yet, i need to implement loading conversations through this ID
