add 32bit debian (i686) build for Notify_push

Could you please add to the package a build for 32-bit Debian (i686). I really don't want to have to install Rust & re-build this app every time there is a release.

I'm hesitant to add additional size to the package, but for now I've added i686 to the list of binaries build by CI to at least save you from the compile step.

I would like to add something to automatically download the correct binary instead of having to bundle them all in the future to fix the issue properly

Icewind - Excellent - thank you. Most (but not all) uses know which binary they will want (i.e. which platform they will be installing onto). A quick solution might be to offer several different download buttons on the webpage & users click on the download they want. (Just a suggestion - as there may be more elegant ways of doing it - but I suspect they will take longer to implement).
