Update Readme to reflect incompatibility with Client Certificate authentication

Add a mention in the readme that specifies notify_push can’t be used with a Nextcloud behind a webserver using client certificates authentication.
Describe alternatives you've considered Reverting back to polling.
Would ne a useful addition, until the notify_push/client apps combination can work with client certificates.
This is just an issue with the desktop client right? As far I can tell the push server itself can work just fine as well as the (limited) usage the webui makes of the push service.
The push server works just fine, this issue only inquiries wether the documentation should reflect the situation with the desktop client being unable to use the push server when it is configured with a client certificate.
