Missing notification bell after hybernate

- Put computer to sleep
- Use computer again

Notification bell is missing
There is none of the console.debug from #973 in the console. So it seems that the initial loading of https://github.com/nextcloud/notifications/blob/master/src/main.js is even not working 🤔
Maybe it is fixed by #1013 otherwise I don't know why it wouldn't
Any idea @juliushaertl or @skjnldsv ?
Is the time relevant that the computer was in sleep? I just tried a bit and couldn't reproduce. The logging properly shows up for me. Was the setup where you encountered it with or without the notify_push app?
It happens to me every morning at least.
Fixed as soon as a page reloads.

It's the company instance, so with notify_push.
Strange, I also did not see this happening with a tab i left open through suspend of my pc from yesterday to today on the company instance. Giving it another try for tomorrow then.
