Lock note / make note read-only

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When saving some sensitive data in a note, I want to make sure that it is not (accidentally) modified as changes are saved instantly and are non-revertible.

Describe the solution you'd like I wanna lock a note so that it is in read-only mode until I unlock it. This could be integrated into the 3-dot menu.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually copying a backup of the .txt file of notes.
