Notes Version 4.12.4 menubar missing

I have installed Notes version 4.12.4 on Nextcloud Hub 25 Autumn (32.0.2)

Steps to reproduce

1. I Installed notes notes 4.12.4 from the nextcloud app store
2. I miss the menu bar

Expected behaviour

Tell us what should happen: Visible menu bar and settings menu

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead: The menu bar and settings menu are not visible and cannot be turned on.
