Advanced edit mode is network-dependent

Describe the bug

The new advanced edit mode is network-dependent, meaning you cannot edit notes offline by default. Furthermore, in areas of poor cellular coverage there will be a noticeable delay when entering edit mode. This new advanced edit mode is a nice feature but the drawbacks are too much.

Expected behavior

It would be nice to have a native rich text editor instead of loading it from the NC install.
