favorites problem

Describe the bug

When I press the asterisk to add a note in my favorites it is not added, nothing happens.

Expected behavior

When I press the asterisk the note should be added to my favorites.

also swiping notes to the right seems not to make them a favourite. only the animation is shown.

I have the same issue, Android 14, Notes 4.2.1.

There is a workaround, such that you can still favorite/unfavorite a note from within the android app:

1. Select/enter the note
2. Tap the menu in the top right corner (three vertical dots)
3. Check/uncheck Favorite.

@dcloud-ca Thanks for the workaround. So this seems a client issue and not a client/server incompatibility. This has been a problem for over 3 months for me and my partner, I'd appreciate it this could be looked at and fixed.
