Keep from changing file names

Hi,

Thank you for the wonderful app.

I have a problem affecting my use. I have a specific naming convention for my notes on academic literature (Surname (year).md), which differs from the first line of the note (the title of the article). Whenever I edit files in nextcloud notes it renames the files to the first line, which breaks links between notes and causes chaos in my library.

Could it be possible to add an option in the settings stop this behaviour of renaming notes every time they're edited?
