Open vcbranco opened this issue 3 years ago • 8 comments

NCP v1.47.2 Debian 11 x86_64 curl installation The ports are shown closed but are open and everything is working has expected. The problem happens after a new installation (clean Debian install)

My installation also shows closed ports although both are open: NCP v.1.47.1 OS | Debian GNU/Linux 10. 4.19.0-20-amd64 (x86_64) port check 80 | closed port check 443 | closed

Same here. Ports are open and working properly, but panel shows them as closed. edit (clarification): panel reports the ports as closed but I can access my server from outside my network and any scan tool reports 80 and 443 as open and accessible. It seems as if the server couldn't perform the check properly.

they are also closed, and I can't access them from outside

Same to me

Same to me

portchecker.co shows 80/443 as open ncp dashboard shows them as closed

I had no internet because my internet provider cut off the ipv4 without warning me. Now the ports are still closed but I can connect to my server from outside in ipv6

Has anybody tried to renew Let's Encrypt while having this issue? Does it work?

edit: mine just renewed automatically without any issues

xaavro avatar May 27 '22 11:05 xaavro

Hello, my lets encrypt renewal is automated with nextcloudpi (everytime successfull). ports still closed, tried restart. not sure what happened there.
