Add tesseract-ocr to NCP build

Description
Hi - I was wondering if it would be possible to add tesseract-ocr to the NCP build? With tesseract-ocr we can start using the fulltextsearch OCR plugin which would be very handy.

Unless you are going to investigate, test, implement and create a PR . There is no one else interested to do this at the moment, it seems.
