nc-snapshot-sync: sync snapshots to usb drive AND remote machine

At the moment the backup possibility of BTRFS snapshots is limited to either USB drive OR remote machine. To minimize the risk of data loss, I'd like to backup it to a USB drive AND a remote machine.

Enhancement for this would be greatly appreciated!

Great idea, but can we generalize it to include additional backup locations for:

nc-backup nc-backup-auto nc-rsync nc-rsync-auto

I'm not sure if these deserve their own issue since I assume the additional code would be nearly identical.
