Providers page: filter should be alphabetically and with long country names

The filter on the providers page would me more user-friendly if the list would be

• alphabetically sorted
• use long country names instead of country codes
• the "all" option should be on top, not in between other countries

That would indeed be awesome but I am absolutely not capable of doing this. Would need help, maybe from @camilasan or - well, you? ;-)
