Upate Collabora Quick-Start Guide

Hi there,

it seems that the Quick-Start Apache configuration for Collabora CODE is outdated. Please check and update if necessary. 🙂

I cannot exactly tell which part of the config needs an update on the page. Using the old config on the latest docker version (v21.11.) I ran into a 404 using the webclient. After updating to the config in the CODE docs the error was solved.

I ran into this issuea as well.

Additionally, right now the section under "start the new image" isn't working anymore.

The domain parameter isn't valid anymore (ref. https://github.com/CollaboraOnline/online/issues/4659#issuecomment-1111643356)

Please update the page.
