Update security scanner faster after updates

The update of the security scanner is scheduled in the post-processing of a release:

Problem is that many update their setup and use the security scanner to check if everything is still ok. I think this is generally a good idea to review your security settings and many are doing that just after an upgrade, and at this point this strategy fails when the scanner is not up to date:
