Links to the manuals on on https://nextcloud.com/de/ are not correct

On the website https://nextcloud.com/de/ there are links in the footer "Handbuch für Admins" and "Handbuch für Benutzer". However these links don't link to the German versions but only the the English ones. Since German versions exist (e.g. https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/17/benutzerhandbuch/index.html for "Handbuch für Benutzer"), they should be used since the manual itself does not have any link to other languages.

Hmm. German manual is outdated. We should probably remove it.

Wouldn't it be better to check and update the manual as needed? Or leave it online and add add a note, that it is not be up to date. But there are people out there who don't speak English at all or not very very well. For those people even an outdated manual is better then no manual at all.

Edit: I'm a native German speaker - so if you need help I can support you with updates if neccessary.
