Change "Subscribe" to "Unsubscribe" in Explore for feeds already subscribed to

Explain the Problem

The Explore page offers to subscribe me to feeds I've already subscribed to.

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what you did to encounter the issue

1. Go to Explore
2. Subscribe to e.g. Planet Nextbutt
3. Go back to Explore
4. Notice that there's still a "Subscribe" button underneath Nextbutt; it should instead change to "Unsubscribe" (or I guess be grayed out but the former feels more natural)

System Information

I'm on News 13.0.3, Nextbutt 15.0.4. Omitting lots of system information and logs because they aren't needed since this isn't actually a bug per se.

I know maintainership is in flux but in the meantime thanks for working on News <3

I don't think there will be further changes made to the current UI and I think we already agreed to get rid of the explore page in this form.
