Strange loss of scrolling in Nextcloud 29 only on Android mobile (also in 25.x)

Explain the Problem

What problem did you encounter? While the app works as expected on Chrome, Firefox and even Qutebrowser on Linux, on Android Chrome or Firefox, long item pages do not scroll

Steps to Reproduce

Explain what you did to encounter the issue

1. Open the nextcloud Dashboard, select News app, click items until you find one longer than a page
2. Drag does nothing at all
3. ?? yes, my feelings exactly!

I get this behaviour using the official Android Desktop App, using Google Chrome (same thing?) or using Firefox.

• Nextcloud version: Nextcloud-29
• Cron type: (system cron/python updater/...) cron
• PHP version: 8.3
• Database and version:
• Browser and version: any
• OS and version: Android 13 Samsung 20FE

Contents of nextcloud/data/nextcloud.log

Any details would be on the phone, likely in the js console error messages, but I don't know how to extract these from the mobile browsers. If it can be done, let me know and I can update here.
