25.0.0-alpha2: Feed folderbar menu always opens collapsed

Explain the Problem

In 25.0.0-alpha2 trying to skim through and/or get an overview of existing subscribed feeds is quite painful since everytime you navigate back to the news app the feed folders always open collapsed instead of remembering the state they had before.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Already have subscribed to some feeds and used the news app and sorted them into folders
2. Extend some folders
3. Navigate to the news app again and find them collapsed every time
