Custom download folder for podcasts

It would be nice if one can define a custom folder location for the downloads on the internal or the external card.

If you mean the general data (text/images) that is downloaded to view a/the feeditem/s, yes, would be nice :) If you mean the "Download Image"-longpress-option on a single image in a feeditem, then it's possible to alter the download path. Just longpress on the "Download Image"-menuitem and a directorychooser dialog opens, where you can change the image-download-path.

My takeaway from the discussion in #971 is that:

• Downloads should be stored inside the private apps folder by default (and should count towards the cache size that is defined inside the app #741))
• Users should be able to define a custom folder for podcasts to be stored in (this won't count towards the cache anymore than).

I really like you app. It might be the most used app on my phone.

It would also be nice if the files would have better names. Currently, the names seems to be some sort of hash. Maybe they could be named by the name of the podcast?
