New users and advanced age users struggle with this feature, creating dissatisfaction with Nextcloud Mail. It requires the admin to fix on the server.

Either a global setting for these two settings or as a default from the start.

Describe alternatives you've considered

For a 1.5 years, I have tried education in several different formats to no avail.

Really like the new Reply All solution, I think having a reply to sender next to it would make it complete.
