Move some of the mailbox settings to a modal

Prerequisite for https://github.com/nextcloud/mail/issues/9529

Some of the settings in the three- dot menu would be better displayed in a modal: image

  • Renaming
  • Subscribe
  • Sync in background

And for the future, the mapping settings.
