Skeleton messages make initial sync look like the app stops working
Steps to reproduce
- Add an account with a large mailbox
- Wait for the inbox to load
Expected behavior
Previously the UI told the user that the initial sync can take a bit and due to the loading spinner the app still kind of looked alive

If I compare the skeleton with Talk I see that in Talk it isn't a static image, in Mail it is
You only see Indexing if its a big mailbox and not every time you load. So that is there, its not removed. I only added the skeleton when the "Loading messages" was shown with a loading icon, the loading icon and loading messages was removed and replaced with skeleton.
