Thread envelope menu stays in `More actions` after closing

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the thread envelope action menu using.
  2. Navigate to More actions.
  3. Close the menu and open it again.

Expected behavior

The state of the menu should be reset.

Actual behavior

It stays in the More actions state.
