Editor: bulltets invisible when writing a bulleted list

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new message (or reply or forward)
  2. Write something
  3. Select it and right click
  4. Select "bulleted list"

Expected behavior

Selected text becomes item in bulleted list, a bullet appears on the left margin.

Actual behavior

Selected text becomes item in bulleted list, no bullet appears on the left margin.

I can reproduce.

Observation: switching between different list styles does make the bullet points visible.

Issue is current. Unable to create bullets or number'd lists.
